Fishless Floyd Must Change His Name!
JULY 3, 2000 - All good things must come to an end someday....but when the nickname your fellow fishing buds call you affectionately refers to a significant lack of success, its DEFINITELY good to see that end as soon as possible.
Jon and Andy each have a drift boat and look forward to fishing the Non-motorized, Non-guided Mondays on the Kenai River during the month of July. As the river fills with fish, the opportunity to fish on the Mondays which are closed to all guided fishing and all motorized boat fishing presents some incredible action. Since this was Andy's first year with his new boat....it was a virgin until now. So what could be more fitting than to christen a new boat with fish slime from an angler who deserved the honors!
