Situk River Steelhead

Angler Tom Gibbs caught and released this 38 inch steelhead taken from the Situk River this past spring. This river system boasts a fall and spring run of metalheads as well as some excellent summer fisheries for Dolly Varden, chinook, sockeye and late summer silvers. Many fly fishermen enjoy the relatively easy wading and drift boat fishing on this Southeastern stream.
