Marylin's Rhubarb (or Peach) Cobbler

Now that it is summer and the rhubarb is about ready, here is one of the tastiest and easiest desserts I've ever come across. This is a great recipe as you can change the fruit and jello to make some other nice cobblers as well! This does not last long at my house.

  1. Spray 9x13 inch pan with PAM.
  2. Put rhubarb or peaches in pan, sprinkle with jello & sugar.
  3. Pour water (or juice) over.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over and spoon melted margarine over top.
  5. Bake in 350° oven for one hour or till done.
