Marylin's Halibut Green Chile Dip
Halibut is usually one of the most abundant foods in Alaskans' freezers. So you can't have enough varieties for its use. Here is a party dip that goes great with sourdough bread chunks or chips.
- Put all except Halibut in saucepan, heat on low heat until cheeses are melted,
- Then gently stir in halibut.
- Serve warm with sourdough bread chunks or bagel chips OR whatever!!!!!
