Marylin's Grilled Alaskan Halibut

Fire up the Barbeque, its summertime! And no doubt by mid-summer most Alaskans living near the sea have already put a few halibut in the freezer for winter.

This recipe uses a simple marinade that will impress your friends at your next barbeque when you need to feed lots of hungry guests.

  • Rinse and pat dry 2 lbs. of halibut.
  • Soak in marinade for 2 hours and reserve liquid.
  • Lightly oil grill and grill fish 5 mins. on each side or until done.
  • Brush with remaining marinade and heat for just a minute more.
