Marylin's Halibut Parmesan
Do Alaskans ever get tired of halibut? I don't think so!!! Here is a quick and simple dish that is so easy its almost embarrassing....but oh so yummy!
- Rinse and pat dry halibut.
- Dip fish in olive oil. Shake off excess.
- Dip into parmesan cheese.
- Roll into bread crumbs.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Bake for 10 mins. or until fish is done.
