Marylin's Halibut Parmesan

Do Alaskans ever get tired of halibut? I don't think so!!! Here is a quick and simple dish that is so easy its almost embarrassing....but oh so yummy!
  • Rinse and pat dry halibut.
  • Dip fish in olive oil. Shake off excess.
  • Dip into parmesan cheese.
  • Roll into bread crumbs.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 450° F.
  • Bake for 10 mins. or until fish is done.
