Marylin's Alaskan Halibut Souffle

I've served this a lot when I was catering and it was always a big hit! It works great for a party dish since you can even make it up early and bake it just before you want to serve it.
  • Line a 9" x 13" pan with bread cubes and dot with butter.
  • Spread halibut chunks over the bread, then the grated cheese.
  • Beat eggs, add milk, and beat all together. Add seasonings.
  • Pour over fish and cheese mixture.
  • Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
