Tip #45 A PEE-chy Solution For A Nasty Device!

Without a doubt, that old rusty coffee can or half of a plastic clorox bottle used as a boat bailer always seems to be the only thing handy when it comes to relieving yourself when stuck out in a boat for hours at a time. And just the shear thought of what has been in that rusty old coffee can will often make you want to "hold it" a bit longer just to prolong the inevitable of having to handle that can to do your business.

Well, thanks to modern day technology, some of the latest coffee cans are the PERFECT PEE CAN as well as a good boat bailer. First of all, its plastic and that means NO rust from saltwater or the "other saltwater." Second, and the best feature of all, it has a HANDLE on the outside of the can so you never have to stick a thumb or finger inside the edge of the can for handling. This makes it very sanitary for everyone on board to use. And the built in handle makes it easier to handle for holding or for rinsing out. And lastly, it makes a great bailer that can be "squashed" against the bottom of the boat for getting a good scoop.

A very insignificant drawback is the lid. Although it does snap on tight, its not waterproof by any means and will leak if tipped over. That's not really an issue unless you plan to take your liquids back to the dock for disposal. Just watch it.
