Tip #28 Sink Your Fish For A Good Seal! This handy tip was sent in by Scott Terry, one of our readers in Wyoming. Its another great method for eliminating that troublesome freezer burn we often encounter in our fish and wildgame packages before the end of winter. He writes: "Just read the tip on vacuum sealing. Another way to do it is to put your fish in the ziplock bag, lower the bag into a sink or bucket full of water to just below the top, and then zip the top closed when it quits bubbling. The pressure of the water around the outside of the bag pushes out all of the air. Try it, you'll like it!" Thanks Terry for this handy tip.
